The NSW Government is committed to ensuring that the people of NSW enjoy equal access to services, programs and opportunities across the state. We recognise that some people find it difficult to communicate well in English. To help people with limited English to engage with the information they need, our interpreting and translation  services are available to all NSW Government agencies, private and commercial organisations, community groups and individuals. Our professional interpreters and translators play an essential role in ensuring that language is not a barrier to accessing information or services.

We employ interpreters and translators in accordance with the certification standards determined by the National Accreditation Authority of Translators and Interpreters (NAATI). All Multicultural NSW interpreters and translators are NAATI certified ensuring a high level of integrity and professionalism.
