“Worlds Connect” is a concert program inspiring belonging, inclusion and connectedness across multicultural communities of Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Southern Highlands, presented by Steel City Strings (SCS) the professional string orchestra of this large NSW region.
This 4-concert program features musicians and composers from cultural backgrounds underrepresented and rarely heard in mainstream classical music concerts. Each composer represents an important, rich culture in our region that contributes to contemporary Australian cultural life. They should be represented on our stages.
