Sonia Sadiq Gandhi is an entrepreneur dedicated to championing diversity and inclusion. As the founder and CEO of a multi-award-winning events enterprise, Sonia has over a decade of experience in strategic marketing, public relations, and comprehensive event management.

Her work actively fosters a more diverse Australia by engaging with various communities across the creative and business sectors.

Sonia also established Fashions of Multicultural Australia, a platform that highlights the couture of Indigenous, culturally, and linguistically diverse, and refugee designers.

She is the founder of the India Australia Business and Community Awards and was appointed as the Multicultural Ambassador for Cricket Australia in 2024. Additionally, she serves on the Advisory Board of the Australia India Institute and as an Australia Day Ambassador.

In recognition of her contributions, Sonia received a Paul Harris Fellow from Rotary International in 2014. She continues her charity work with organizations such as Alzheimer’s Australia, Beyond Blue, and the Mental Health Foundation Australia.
