Isobel Scouler leads the Brand, Advertising and Engagement team at the Department of Customer Service. The team provides All of Government communication services and support to agencies and also initiates policies and programs to help make government communications more inclusive, effective and trusted.

She has spent more than 20 years in government advertising and communications, much of it working with agencies across NSW to tackle big customer challenges, strengthen communications skills and ultimately helping deliver relevant information to the NSW community. Isobel also has led many complex behaviour change campaigns – including the award-winning COVID safety and vaccination campaigns. Her responsibilities recently expanded to include the government-wide Have Your Say digital consultation platform.
