Elfa Moraitakis is the CEO of SydWest Multicultural Services, a leading organisation for cultural diversity issues, responding to community needs and opportunities through Western Sydney and parts of the Inner West. She is also a Director of the NSW Council of Social Services, the peak body for the social services sector in NSW.

Elfa has been actively involved in the community sector for the past 30 years and has an extensive background in developing services for culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities, with a strong track record in strategic direction and innovation. She was named Blacktown Woman of the Year in 2017 for supporting women from CALD backgrounds to establish their own businesses, was a finalist for the 2021 Social Impact CEO of the year, and a finalist in the 2020 UNSW Alumni Awards for Social Impact and Service.
