Cassandra is the Executive Director of the Service NSW Business Bureau, leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver business support to customers across the state. This includes offering personalised support and advice in person, over the phone and online, digital tools that make it easier to transact and self-serve with the NSW Government and assisting small businesses to understand their regulatory requirements. The Business Bureau team expands this service in times of natural disaster to disaster affected businesses and communities to support NSW’s response and recovery.

Under Cassandra’s leadership, the Business Bureau has supported multicultural businesses across NSW to start up and grow with personalised support. Businesses can access in-language advice from independent advisors who have experience in running their own businesses. The Business Bureau also has a dedicated Multicultural Business Relationship Specialist that works with multicultural stakeholders to develop trusted relationships and ensure awareness and connection with the Bureau’s services.

Cassandra has over 25 years of experience in the NSW public sector and is a current member of the Service NSW executive leadership team. Cassandra is also responsible for leading the implementation of the NSW Small Business Charter, which works towards improving opportunities and reducing pain points for small businesses.
