The Premier’s Harmony Dinner brings together more than 1,600 people from across NSW to celebrate the shared bond we have as Australians.

NSW is one of the most culturally, linguistically and religiously diverse states on earth. With generations of migration preceding all of us here tonight, it is now individually and collectively up to us, as leaders, to help shape the future of our multicultural society.

Despite the many challenges in the world, tonight, we are reminded of how lucky we are to have gatherings where we can come together to share stories and be inspired by remarkable people in the community.

We congratulate our nominated finalists, and we warmly welcome the families of those Multicultural Honour Roll inductees we pay homage to tonight, for their legacy of service to our diverse state.

Tonight is an occasion to build connections, strengthen bonds and learn from each other.
