The new Government Information (Public Access) Act requires government agencies to record and publish information about contracts with private sector bodies that are worth $150,000 or more.
Multicultural NSW currently has no private sector contracts worth $150,000 or more. As such when contracts are established, Multicultural NSW will publish these in a register of government contracts.
Where Multicultural NSW considers that information released to an applicant under a formal access application would be of interest to other members of the public, these details will be recorded in the disclosure log below.
Multicultural NSW is yet to receive any access applications under the Government information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act).
Under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, Multicultural NSW makes decisions about open access applications seeking specific government information. When processing an application we apply a public interest test that assists in determining whether or not to release the requested information.
The following table will include information that Multicultural NSW has decided not to release, based on an overriding public interest against disclosure.
